Sant'Onofrio al Gianicolo is a complex church-convent of Rome, on what is today the promenade of the Gianicolo, is located in Piazza Sant'Onofrio, 2.
The church houses several epigraphs, some of which recall the realization of the road (a work done by Pope Sisto V) and the pavement (wanted by Pope Clement VIII).

In the external porch there is also the tombstone of Nicola da Forca Palena, a sculpture attributed to an anonymous Tuscan in which one can read the influence of Donatello. Not far from the tombstone are also the gentle coats of arms of the church's protective families.

The passage to the cloister houses the tomb of the poet Alessandro Guidi and the funeral monument of Marquis Giuseppe Rondinini.

In the church there is also the high-relief sarcophagus that houses the remains of the bishop of Ragusa in Dalmatia, Giovanni Sacco (at the altar), the work of the school of Andrea Bregno, and the funeral monument of Bernardo Guglielmi. In the first chapel on the left is the funeral monument of Torquato Tasso, while in the third one on the same side are housed the funerary monuments of the cardinals Filippo Sega (with a portrait of Domenichino) and Giuseppe Gasparo Mezzofanti.
